Dentro del proceso de planeaci\u00f3n se decidi\u00f3 que para poder nombrar y crear la marca de mezcal necesit\u00e1bamos de encontrar una figura que agrupe diferentes productos y por consecuencia muchas m\u00e1s posibilidades de crecimiento.<\/p>\n
Fue as\u00ed como llegamos a nombrar una destiler\u00eda donde cada producto tengan una identidad propia, ajustada a sus caracter\u00edsticas y al posicionamiento que queramos darle, sin ce\u00f1ir todo a una sola voz, o un solo nombre que nos restrinja. De este modo podemos pensar en distintas l\u00edneas de productos derivadas de la destileria, unas premium y otras de batalla, todos con una imagen de marca adecuada al p\u00fablico que apunta.<\/p>\n
El primer producto, un mezcal dirigido a personas entre 30 y 50 a\u00f1os. Conocedora o por lo menos con experiencia m\u00ednima. De NSE medio a medio-alto. Personas cr\u00edticas, preocupadas por la sociedad y comprometidas desde su trinchera, ll\u00e1mese trabajo y\/o familia.<\/p>\n
Son mujeres y hombres que buscan una experiencia sensorial- emocional; equilibrio.<\/p>\n
Ahora prefieren mezcales con cierto nivel de complejidad m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los productos con baja graduaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica o sencillos.<\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n veremos el concepto final y los nombres derivados para la destiler\u00eda con sus variantes, una para el primer mezcal, proyecto original y otra para la cerveza artesanal que ya existe comercialmente pero con otro nombre.<\/p>\n
La idea es que haya una relaci\u00f3n tem\u00e1tica, l\u00f3gica y emotiva entre los nombres para que puedan ser asociadas como marcas de una sola familia pero cada una con su perfil e identidad. Partiendo de esta idea, y considerando la mexicanidad o aut\u00f3ctono de los productos, de lo aut\u00f3ctono surgi\u00f3 el siguiente camino:<\/p>\n

Frase adoptada por los bebedores de mezcal que se desprende de haber utilizado las veladoras peque\u00f1as como caballito. Fueron los mismos maestros mezcaleros quienes comenzaron a usar los vasitos de cruz tras ofrendar una veladora para pedir por el bien de su producci\u00f3n y cerrar el ciclo ritual brindando en uno de estos peque\u00f1os contenedores.<\/p>\n
Esta comuni\u00f3n propia del mezcal me llev\u00f3 a crear una abstracci\u00f3n del vaso en el momento de dar el trago. A recrear simb\u00f3licamente ese punto de vista que representa la uni\u00f3n de la veladora y el mezcal en el mero momento de su degustaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
