Casa Cora is a boutique hotel located in San Pancho, Nayarit, catering to young couples and small families. Additionally, we offer two bungalows equipped for extended stays.

Our mission was to provide the hotel with a sense of local belonging. To achieve this, we drew inspiration from the indigenous CORA graphics, creating a brand that stands apart from clichéd proposals and resonates with our target customers.

Our graphic proposal plays with the geometrization of shapes, symbolism, and bold, vibrant colors. The design consists of repeating modules, reminiscent of beadwork. We prioritize continuous lines, similar to embroidery or handcrafted threadwork. This design seeks to bridge the gap between indigenous symbolism and modern minimalism, creating a unique identity.

UX/UI

By focusing on the following objectives, CasaCora can provide a welcoming, accessible, and emotionally resonant user experience while prioritizing the ease of booking for potential guests.

Bilingual Communication
– Objective: Ensure that CasaCora's digital platform is accessible and appealing to a diverse audience by providing content in both Spanish and English.
– Implementation: prominently place a language switcher on the website, allowing users to select their preferred language. Translate all essential content accurately to maintain a seamless bilingual experience.

Prominent Booking Options
– Objective: Streamline the reservation process for potential guests and make it a prominent feature.
– Implementation: Include the "Booking" button within the main navigation, which remains fixed as users scroll, ensuring the button is always accessible for users to navigate the site at any time.

Expressing the Local-Emotional Concept
– Objective: Convey the essence and emotional connection of CasaCora's unique blend of tradition and modernity through visual elements.
– Implementation: Utilize patterns and iconography that showcase local motifs. Create content that narrates CasaCora's story, highlighting its cultural significance. Employ a color palette and typography that resonates with the graphic style of Cora artisans.

Conveying Intimacy and a Cozy Atmosphere
– Objective: Communicate the intimate and cozy nature of CasaCora, emphasizing privacy as a key element for guest relaxation.
– Implementation: Use high-quality images of cozy and private spaces within CasaCora, such as rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Develop content that underscores the hotel's commitment to providing a tranquil and private environment.
